How to keep Ace 2 from falling off..

Does anyone have any tips to keep the Ace 2 band extra secure on your kid's wrist?

My son barely had his for two months and it fell off on a short walk. Unfortunately it was later at night and we retraced his steps both right after he got home andnwe noticed and several times over the following day. Also tried some bluetooth tracker apps along the way but all with no luck. He is 7 and had purchased it with birthday money so he is devastated.

Before we consider investing in a replacement, I was hoping to find some way to keep it secured on his wrist?

We are having the same problem!

it seems to be missing the bit inside the loop that holds the band in place, every other Fitbit we have in the family have this, just not the ace 2! It is very frustrating and I am

scared my daughters will fall off and we won’t notice.

Same problem with my grandson's Ace 2. It had fallen off a few times. Luckily, he was at home. The "strap keeper" on the Fitbit Ace 2 is too loose. It also does not have an inside tab to lock it to the band. Much like practically every other fitbit band.  Why not have this function on this band also?  It seems to be a design flaw. One thing I've found to work in the meantime....  Amazon sells silicone fasteners, advertised for Fitbit flex and alta. I've actually used on my old Fitbit flex and still had some.  It stretches and will fit on the Ace 2. You will need to stretch it over the buckle part on the band and use like the "strap keeper". I hope this helps.

Yes, this is really frustrating. We almost lost our tracker last week. Hopefully, Fitbit considers this in their upcoming release.

Hi all!

Just putting it out there that you might want to invest in some third party bands.  Amazon and eBay each have them dirt cheap.  I've used them before and they are fairly sturdy and cheaper than buying a band through Fitbit.
