My daughter’s ace 2 is 20 minutes behind since she last charged it. How can we correct this?

Hi, @Josie14 , an incorrect time on a Fitbit indicates that it has not synced recently.  As soon as you sync the time will automatically update.

If you click on the Ac 2 icon you should see the time and date of the last sync.

To sync the Ace 2, in the device you usually use to sync open the app, find the icon and choose sync now.

If you are having difficulty syncing, remove all other Bluetooth devices so that they are out of range, or, where possible, turn off Bluetooth on these devices (except for the phone/ tablet/ computer you are using to sync.

You can get more information on sync troubleshooting here .

I hope this helps.  Please post again if you continue to have difficulties.  Welcome to the forums!
