Incorrect time on Ace 3

I bought this watch(ace 3) from amazon 1 years ago. But these days, the watch and date are set in a wrong way, so it's not working. What should I do?

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding the time on your device. Sorry to know the inconvenience.

Please on the app settings set automatic time zone and automatic location zone 'on' and try syncing a few times to get the date and time current. If by any case you have difficulties to sync, please see this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
