I bought this watch(ace 3) from amazon 1 years ago. But these days, the watch and date are set in a wrong way, so it's not working. What should I do?

Please on the app settings set automatic time zone and automatic location zone 'on' and try syncing a few times to get the date and time current. If by any case you have difficulties to sync, please see this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
