Kid's account feedback

I'm very disappointed that the only option for kids accounts are the Ace fitbit.  My son is almost thirteen and we should have the option to link any  type of fit bit to a child's account.  Not happy at all!!!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your feedback since only Fitbit kids devices can be connected to a child account. I understand how you are feeling. Fitbit requires that all registered users of standard accounts be at least 13 years old in the US. Customers in other regions may have different minimum age guidelines. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.
