Is there anyway of tracking an Ace 2 without having to be 20 to 25 feet? My kid lost hers in school, strap must of snapped. We've searched the school, so another kid must of taken it home. At £50 quid im gutted but even more gutted as it was a present from her late grampz who passed away last Christmas 😔😥

Hi @sxyempathy  sorry for the loss of your girl's grandpa. These devices can't be tracked any other way, sad to say. Does it still show as being on your family account? Usually, if it's been put on another person's account, it would no longer show on your daughter's account. Still, check in your girl's backpack. Sometimes these devices hide in the strangest places and maybe the strap caught and the Ace 2 fell to the bottom of the bag.
