My 7 year old Son lost his fitbit last Sunday (put it in his pocket instead of giving it to me to look after). We had been on 2 trains & a bus and done quite a long walk. Despite re-tracing our steps & logging with bus garage & tfl lost property, we have had no luck.
Don't know if there is a found fitbit service for honest people to report it missing to you?
I'm not holding out much hope for seeing it again, but is there a way to log it with fitbit so that if someone else tries to pair it, we can find out?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Vos0912, I am sorry for the delayed response.
I am sorry to hear your 7 year old son lost his Fitbit tracker. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your efforts to find the tracker. If the tracker was lost near a local business, you may wish to check with their lost and found. If the device is still paired, no one else is using the device. If the device isn't paired, then someone else found the device and paired it.
Our team has a "lost and found" program, where we try to locate the original owner of the Fitbit device in case the person who finds the tracker contacts Customer Support.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team so they can get in touch with you and provide further assistance. You should be getting a reply soon.
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
