Hi @Dreamerstardust due to laws across the world, children are prohibited from having an online account and using these devices. The Ace series was made especially to allow children six and up to use these services. Fitbit is abiding by those laws. Lying about the age is the only solution, but would create a problem since the algorithms are made based on gender, age, height and weight. So that would give completely wrong data for your child. The Inspire bands will fit the Ace and they don't look childish.

@Dreamerstardust you get the Ace and then if the band does seem too childish, you can get another band that would fit it and look more grown up.

100% agree. Not only for this reason but just to simply have multiple fit bits to wear for different occasions. I own a Versa 2 and wanted to have the new Charge 4 for my more intense workouts as well as for the GPS. After I received it and went through the set up process, I realized it removed my versa 2 and that I could only have one FitBit on my account at a time. Needless to say I returned the Charge 4. Poor business model to have an app that only allows a customer to have 1 tracker. I'd like to have 2 to 4 more but looks like that isn't in the cards until they fix this issue with the app. You would think it wouldn't be that difficult to allow multiple watches on the account and the user would select which one he or she is wearing that day for the phone to then sync bluetooth to.
