Hi. I am a family manager and have an account for my child so am ready to add his device.
I follow the instructions and get to this screen (attached), but the device is just stuck on "Download the fitbit app" and won't do anything else.
I've restarted my phone and turned Bluetooth on and off multiple times. I've also tried to restart the fitbit but though it does go black it then just goes back to the download app message.
Please help! He was so excited and is so sad it isn't working.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CatBoz. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to add your child's device to the account. Thank you for mentioning that you have restarted your phone and turned the Bluetooth on and off multiple times.
