In the past few days I noticed my Fitbit's weekly is set at 0 despite Fitbit registering my steps daily and the weekly total appears on steps section on app but where the comparison with my children's Fitbits (Ace3s) is listed, their totals appear but mine doesn't. I just received my weekly report and " last week's steps standing " only registers my kids steps 1st & 2nd but mine doesn't appear at all. I have uninstalled & reinstalled app. My Fitbit (Charge 4) is working. Just that the app not seeing my Fitbit total.
