Problem with changing Ace 2 clockface

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I tried to change the clock face for my kid's Ace2. I followed all the instructions and found all available clock faces on the fitbit app, but when I tried to choose a clock face, all I see is the waiting circle spinning.  I tried logging out and logging back in again several times and got the same results,  The app seems to be connected to the Ace2 as it synced to the watch successfully.  (I installed the fitbit app on Samsung Galaxy Tab A with android

6.0.1. If anyone know how to fix this problem, please let me know.

Hi, @Dmcurtis , it might be worth giving the Ace 2 a restart and then try changing the clock face again.

To restart:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I have exactly the same problem with my daughter's Ace 2 using Windows 10. The watch itself sync's fine, but it seems to be the Windows App that has the problem because as soon as a watch face is selected, it goes straight to a spinning circle, on the iphone the app asks whether you would like to sync, we don't get to this stage on Windows 10. We have tried restarting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating the watch via the iphone, but with no success.
