The app gets hung up when switching to kid view. I force close the app and it logs me out. I have all software updates on my iPhone and iPad and newest version of Fitbit app. This happens on all devices. The only device this doesn’t happen on is an iPad on which we haven’t updated to the newest version of Fitbit.

Yes. Still not able to switch to kid view.
