Time changes on Fitbit Ace to another time zone

I've set up a family account and every time I flip back and forth from my fitbit to my son's the time changes continuously to Madrid. I've followed all the obvious instructions and keep resetting it and now it's driving me mental! What can I do to keep it the right time?

@WETTNER22 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that your son's Ace is experiencing since the time changes when you switch accounts. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't done so, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. If so, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Finally, sync the Ace and try to switch accounts in order to see if the Ace keeps the correct time.
