Hello @JoelleFB and a warm welcome. I suspect you took a look at the Help article with instructions to set up a Family Account. After reviewing the instruction myself, I see where you might be having problems. Fitbit is in the process of changing the app -- that "Today Tab" might not be on your dashboard. If you app dashboard has an Account icon -- looks like an index card with a circle in the upper left -- tap on THAT and you will see the choice to Create Family Account.
