I bought my niece an ace 2 tracker for Christmas. My sister and I tried to set it up Christmas Eve. We plugged it in and it started charging we let it get to above 50% and attempted to set it up. On the Fitbit app we installed the software and then it was initializing. The divorce then shut off and has not come back on since. We left the device on the charger for numerous hours over the past few days and tried to reset this Fitbit by holding the button down and still nothing happens to the Fitbit. I’ve tried to use different wall outlets as well as a computer and nothing is working. Please help! Her 4 cousins got the same Fitbit and they all work!
