Any rumors on when the Ace 2 is coming out? My daughter's birthday is in 2 weeks and I'm really hoping to have it ordered by then.

From the above post it sounds as if this version is in stock, for a specific shipping time @salma-bayat. it may be better to directly ask Fitbit. I'm not sure if the community of Fitbit users will have the answer.

I pre ordered one of each color, got a notice that the blue one shipped on May 30, and the pink one on june 7. HOWEVER, they both seem to have been lost in a shipping black hole. The tracking originally showed the blue one arriving june 5 (it arrived at a fedex location 2 1/2 hours from my house on June 3 then was transfered to the USPS at some point). June 6th the updated shipping was June 10, but nothing arrived, and today it just says "on its way" with no estimated delivery date. The pink one is similar. The tracking originally said eta June 12, then quickly jumped to June 17th. This is the worst shipping experience I've had with a simple shipment (starting at their warehouse and ending up at my house, a fairly large town, with me living within city limits, no remote or extremely rural area that would normally add on shipping days). I live less than 10 hours from the Indiana warehouse.
Now I have no idea when I'm getting my new devices, and no one is answering the phone at the fitbit office.

Who can I talk to about lost fitbits? I preordered one of each color. May 30 my blue one was shipped, estimated delivery June 5. Nothing came. June 6th the delivery was changed to June 10. Tracking showed the package arrived at a location 2 1/2 hours from my house the afternoon of June 3rd, and no further activity has been scanned for this package, according to the tracking number. June 10th came and went and now I don't even have a new estimated delivery, just "on its way" instead of an actual date. I live in a fairly large town/city of 200,000 people, within city limits, so there is no reason for extra days to ship to me.
Same thing with device 2. June 7th tracking number issued, "item shipped". Estimated delivery June 12. The next day the delivery changed to June 17th. I now have no idea where these items are and fear they are lost. I certainly will not order another fitbit from the fitbit.com site anymore (I have ordered a few from here). Amazon.com and Kohls.com and in-store are much more reliable.
How can I find where my packages are? Please consider a more reliable shipping method in the future.

Did you actually get yours when the tracking said it would come? Mine was supposed to arrive June 5th, then on June 6th it got changed to June 10th, and today it just says on its way. The package arrived at a city only 2 1/2 hours from my house, and was scanned as leaving that facility for my town 8 days ago. This is getting ridiculous. I have a second one coming and fear they are both lost, as I'm getting the same vague answers from that tracking too.
