Found my son's Ace 3, which was missplaced since June. I have tried to sync but it keeps saying down load fitbit app on mobile, which I already have. How do I get rid of this message and get the Ace 3 to work!. It should not be this complicated. I tried reseting the account, letting the Ace 3 out of battery and then recharge to get rid of the message. In the mobile app the Ace 3 does not get picked up by the app.
I have already seen another similar post in this community and the moderator only suggested to set up the Ace 3 again using the 'How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices'. This was completely unuseful. Any other ideas?
Hi, I've just had the same issue and went round and round in circles but resolved it by going to my phone's Bluetooth settings, find the Ace 3 and hit 'Forget this device', then go back into the Fitbit app and added the Device again which did the trick.
