"Add child" button does not work

I setup my google account as a family manager and created a child google account. When I went to add my ace 2 device to my fitbit account the "add child" button doesn't work. I keep clicking it but nothing happens. What do I need to do differently to add the device?

Same issue. Tried logging in on different devices. Help please… nothing happens when you hit that add child button.
