My AltaHR has not been calculating total miles correctly? It's way off, I'll have 24 000 steps and shows 2 miles?? It's current on updates, is this repairable?

Check your stride length.  If that somehow got set way too low, that could cause it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
