Active Minutes

I have had my alta for a little over two years. It has always been reliable at tracking my active minuets. Yesterday, it just stopped recognizing my active minuets after I had been on a run for 45 minutes.  It happened again today.

I was initially told to lower the active minute auto recognition to 10 minuets to fix the issue. This did nothing as the issue is still persisting.

Would anyone happen to know of a solution?

The minimum time (15 minutes to 10 minutes) would only affect whether or not it is detected as a workout, nothing to do with "active minutes".  The only thing I could imagine would be if, on your last 2 runs, you had taken more frequent breaks, as active minutes require at least 10 minutes of continuous activity.

Other than that, I have no idea.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
