My Fitbit has been randomly losing my active minutes. For example, I had 15 active minutes from a walk this morning. It showed up on my Alta as well as in the app. Now, after syncing a few times throughout the day, both the app and my Alta are showing 0 active minutes. I searched through previous topics but they were all from a few years ago and involved a system update.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your active minutes are being erased. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting active minutes only or other stats too? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Alta and follow the next steps:
