Has anyone had issues with their DONGLE? Each time that I have gone to sync my Alta on my computer I get the "Connect Dongle" message. But I leave my dongle connected to my computer. Once I've removed and replaced it I have no problem syncing.
Could this be an issue with a dongle with too loose a connection? Or do I need a replacement?

It sounds like the program waits to see the new connection before proceeding, not necessarily that something is broken.

Could also be the USB Port. Try switching it to another.
If it does not help contact support

mine does the same thing, but when I take it out, and put it back in, it still says 'dongle not connected can't sync'.
