Hi, you all!

I'm sorry to bother you with this post, but I honestly read the other posts regarding this topic, and I still cannot add someone as a friend. I'm on the latest version of the Android app, it's a Samsung S10+, and I use an Alta HR tracker.

I introduced myself today to the community, and now I really would like to add the people who reacted to my post as a friend. 

Again - I am sorry for bothering you with such a topic. 

I would be very thankful for an answer.

Although I don't have personal experience with this, have you by any chance migrated your account to Google?  That could be part of the reason: I've heard of folks having issues with adding friends who don't have GMail accounts after they migrated their account.
