Alta HR SmartTrack isn't working

The SmartTrack is staring to get wonky. Went on a road bike trip for over 2 hours and my Alta HR only recorded 60 minutes of physical activity. It also is hit or miss when it comes to running as well. The inaccuracy is consistent enough that I use other apps as a backup. Not sure if my Fitbit is dying or if I can re calibrate it somehow. Anyone else having this issue?

If you are having problems with the SmartTrack feature, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. After this process, test your unit.
