Since your Alta HR isn't charging, I would like you to please follow some troubleshooting steps provided in the link below:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable may help.

Hi. I have a new issue. My fitbit is fully charged but the screen won't display when I tap it. The battery displays when I plug it in but the other screens won't display or appear. I see that others have had the same problem but I can't find a resolution. Help? Thanks!

Mine was working yesterday. I charged it fully yesterday morning. I just looked down at it and nothing. I know it was working yesterday and this morning.

Hello - My FitBit Alta HR went blank a couple days ago and wouldn’t sync. It was half charged. I was able to reset it and it worked until today. It’s blank and won’t sync and won’t reset. What else can I try? Thanks.
