My Fitbit died in the middle of a notification on Monday. It remained blank even when i plugged it in to charge. I have reset it as advised in Fitbit users posts but no improvements or change. It can sync and count steps while charging.
Also noticed that it does not vibrate on connection to the charger or upon pressing reset. I’ve also removed then added the device, check my app is up to date. I’ve scrolled through the help pages online but no solutions seem to work. I’ve had this Fitbit since Sep’18 and it was working fine until now. Can anyone help me?
