My Alta HR screen has become garbled. It’s all pixels that can’t be read or deciphered. Just a bunch of dots/lines. I have tried several times to reboot with no luck. The Fitbit sign doesn’t show on my tracker when I reboot - just the garbled pixels. Please help. Thank you 😊

Were you ever able to get a fix for this? After charging mine tonight, the same thing has happened. I can’t see the Fitbit logo on reboot and get nothing but garbled lines. It still syncs, but I can’t see anything on the screen but dots and lines.

My screen was doing the same thing, but now the screen has gone black, just nothing. The watch still monitors everything, I just can’t see it until I sync it to the app. I have tried rebooting it many times, but the Fitbit logo never shows.
