I recently noticed that the display of my Alta HR is flickering and dimmer than usual, even after being fully charged. But it doesn't flicker and it's brightness is as per normal when it's charging. Any idea why and how to solve this?

Hi,
My fitbit doesn't turn on now, even when plugged in. A replacement has been sent to me, as it has been less than a year since my purchase. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue and have reset my Fitbit ALTA HR and the display is still quite dim. Have also noticed that it will no longer charge to 100%. Will only charge to 80%. There has been no damage. Please advise on what I can do.

Hi, I would suggest contacting Fitbit and see what they can do. In my case, I did everything I could, but nothing worked. Since mine was still under warranty, a new peice was sent to me. But I'm not sure if they would send a new set to every user with a spoilt fitbit. No harm asking fitbit for solutions.
