Realise I’m still using a product launched waaay back in March 2017, but figured if Fitbit are still creating updates they still think their product is fully functional. I’m not experiencing that!! One day the display on my Fitbit Alta HR was sharp & bright, the next day I could barely make out anything. Having read numerous chats dating back to only a year after its launch, this problem was evident but not remedied. So many companies are embracing recycling but Fitbit is not one of them. Will NOT be buying anything like this as I’m ticked off repairing something is not a Millennial “word”

Welcome to the Forums, @CityLadyLondon.
I understand how are you feeling and would like to know if you keep having problems with your tracker's display. If so, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.
