Hi. I bought my fitbit alta hr around Aug 2017. I use the fitbit for 3 years and it works very well. On October 2020 , I closed my fitbit by let it run out of battery for 2 weeks and turn on again by charging. The result is my fitbit screen is very dim. I can't see anything in daylight. I tried to restart my fitbit many times but It doesn't works. Can you suggest me how to solve the problem? Many thanks for attention.
