The face of my fitbit alta came off today. I clicked it back on but the screen has been blank ever since. I've tried charging it, resetting it, taking the face of and putting it back on but nothing. It still charges and seems to track everything on the dashboard but I can see anything on the screen of the fitbit. Please help.
