Alta HR display too dim

My Fitbit Alta HR was replaced last October as the original one was faulty. The display on the replacement is so dim whenI’m outside, it’s impossible to read the display.is this a known issue or is my Fitbit faulty again?

Hi @GillsWills,

 

No, your Fitbit isn't faulty.  The Alta line is really hard to see in the daylight (and let's face it, so is the Charge and Inspire lines) and there's no way to make it brighter.
