My mom's Alta HR is no longer syncing. She does not have a compatible mobile phone so has always connected via her Mac Mini. This has worked until recently but now it will not sync.

Any ideas please? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. I've disabled and re-enabled the blueooth. Again, still no success. 

Are Fitbits no longer compatible with a Mac Mini?

Hello @Losrios. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps you tried prior to posting. 

 

I'd like to mention that Alta HR can be setup and synced with a Bluetooth-enabled Mac and use the fitbit.com dashboard to see the stats. If your mom's Alta HR is still not syncing, I would like to recommend that you please follow the troubleshooting listed in the help article below: 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If you receive an error while performing the syncing process, I would appreciate if you can send me a screenshot or please provide more details about the inconvenience.
