Alta HR keeps turning off

Hello my fitbit keeps showing the steps & switching to the stuff dead quickly.  I think it's glitching

As @NellyG has suggested, please restart your Alta HR. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Tasha431 I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Can you explain it a bit more clearly? What 'stuff' dies it switch to? Try restarting it a few times and see if that fixes it.
