Alta HR no display

My alta hr is blank since last week all in sudden. I've tried follow your advise to reboot it multiple times, still no display, although it can syncs with my phone app and vibrates when I plug it in. The green flashlight at the back is work just no display.

I’m sorry to hear about this and thanks for the troubleshooting performed before reaching out. The steps to restart your Alta HR can be found in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?, you can confirm if those were the ones you already followed, if not, you can try them.

I’m having the same problem. Yesterday I got a message that my battery was low so I plugged it in. It was dead. No display and I thought it would charge and be fine in the morning but this morning it was dead. I tried pressing the reset button but nothing happened. I cleaned all the connections with alcohol and tried several different outlets in my house but still nothing.the Alta hr tracker is not responding and of course I can’t sync with the app. Please help. Thanks.

I’m having the same problem.  The screen is blank.  I could sync it ok but after a few days now the sync doesn’t give me steps or sleep scores.  So right now it’s basically useless.

I am also having the same problem - just tried plugging it in and rebooting it but although I know it is charging as it vibrates still no screen 😞

Yes, same here. I even thought I’d buy a new one but it looks like Fitbit doesn’t make them anymore. Thought I’d try a different model but when I go their website I’d be ordering from Kuala Lumpur! What the heck? Time to try a different brand I think.
