Alta HR not counting calories or exercise min

my Fitbit is tracking steps and miles. However, it will not track calories or active min. Followed the instructions from Fitbit on resetting and now only the battery symbol appears. Help 😩 thanks in advance!

Hi @Arey18 Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thanks for your help in restarting your Alta HR. 

 

Since the Alta HR is now just displaying the battery symbol, I would like to treat this difficulty as main priority. For this, I would like to provide some tips to resolve this inconvenience in case you haven't tried them before. So, please check the following link for battery issues:
