This afternoon, my Fitbit scrolled through time, steps, heartbeat, etc rapidly for a minute and then shut down. I have attempted to restart it several times, with no luck. The screen on the Fitbit became hot to the touch when I put it on the charger, so I unplugged it? Now it will not turn on at all. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Let out cool out for a while then try charging it again - but try using a wall outlet.
if you can get it back up, please restart the device.

Thanks for the response...unfortunately it still will not turn on. Think it’s a goner?

Mine stopped working too. It’s 2 1/2 yrs old. It’s been shutting done for a few weeks. I was able to reset it at first then it starting shutting off multiple times a day and now I can’t reset it at all. I’m not sure I want to spend the money on a new one. If I do I’m thinking of a different brand rated better than FT by Consumer reports.
