My Alta HR has suddenly stopped giving me full sleep details. I do get the basic information, but haven't changed how I wear it, (I've tried to move it further up my wrist, but that didn't help) the battery is charged and as far as I know, I am still sleeping in roughly the same position, Any ideas as to why this has stopped please? Everything else seems to be working as usual. Many thanks

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @CharlotteFD
I understand you have noticed changes in your sleep details. Is it possible that you have seen a difference between the free version of the Fitbit versus the paid premium version. There are certain features that are now only offered to premium. Take a look here and see if that’s the case: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2437 Pay special attention to the features that describe the new differences and n sleep data.
😃 Please let me know if this answers your question

Hello again @CharlotteFD
I would agree that your husbands view will stop at sometime as well. I’m sure it’s happening in waves. To answer your question about the cost of the premium I’m providing this link here: https://investor.fitbit.com/press/press-releases/press-release-details/2019/Fitbit-Launches-Fitbit-P...
Look for the paragraph entitled Pricing and availability.

Hi,
thanks for the answer but no, it doesn't answer the problem . . why Alta HR suddenly stopped giving me sleep app details - so, my iPhone 7 still doesn't get the full range of the free sleep app info anymore . . .
any more suggestions please . . ?
I suspect it's a problem at the Fitbit end because nothing has changed at this end, not since 2017, thnx

Hi,
I suspect my last post was to the wrong person but anyway....
my Alta HR also suddenly stopped provided all of the free sleep app details - like the other person here.
I checked the info in your reply but no, that hasn't helped.
So, nothing has changed at my end, with my iPhone7 since 2017, no new configurations etc etc,
and I'm thinking this new lack of sleep details has to be from the Fitbit end . . .
please send more info re getting the sleep app back in to full Free mode again,
thnx

Hello and welcome @smokka
I do believe you may be corresponding with someone else. I’m sort of confused because I was answering someone else but your asking how to get all your sleep information to show. Are you asking for your Sleep Scores? That is now a premium feature. Some of the sleep features have gone to the premium feature and won’t be offered in the free version. Maybe things changed during a current Fitbit App update. Try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your device odd (iOS/Android) and wait 1-2 mins then restart your device. Then log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. See if that helps 😉

My Alta HR is only giving me basic sleep info also. I have tried resetting it, but it remains the same. Has anyone gotten a solution that actually works?
