Alta HR screen died. the unit was still working as far as tracking and syncing. however during a chat session with help support, i was instructed to reset to factory settings. I did this and now when i tried to set fitbit up in the app, it's found, however i cannot complete the setup as i still can't see the screen and therefore the four digit code to pair. Had the fitbit one year. Chat said i would receive an email with further instructions (over a week ago)
