Alta HR screen is corrupted

Hi for a few days the screen on my Fitbit has been missing pixel and has gradually gotten worse it is now completely blank but still responds and has green flashing lights at the back .. is there anything that can be done or is this dead ?

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi I did try this it vibrates once restarted so is reacting but still nothing on the screen face
