The screen on my Alta HR quit working about a week ago, and I've tried everything....pressing the button 3 times on the charger / plugging and unplugging. The Fitbit app on my phone says it's fully charged, but my screen is black and doesn't respond to tapping it. Anyone know how to fix this? I see several other people have had the same problem, but I don't see that anyone got any answers or were able to resolve the problem.

Hi @RazBerry41853 The Alta HR hasn't been made for a few years now so they are all getting old. Unfortunately it sounds as if yours has died.if restarting it doesn't help, try changing the clockface in the app, but if these don't help, it is dead. Sorry.

Thanks for the information. I ended up ordering a new Fitbit...this one is definitely dead after 8 years of use.
