Had to re sync my Alta with my phone after issues for the last couple of days. Went to workout today and it’s not accurately tracking my exercise and my calories burned. It said I went on elliptical for 45 minutes and only burned 46 calories when I know it’s way more than that!! It’s also saying I have no active minutes. I have tried all troubleshooting tips and it’s still not working

Based on the subject of your post, can you confirm if the heart rate sensors of your Alta HR are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps:

It was working for about a week and now some exercises that I do such as walking are not showing up in the app.
