Alta HR shows incorrect time

The time on my Altr HR does not have correct time, example:  it shows 1:06pm real time is 9:00am.  How do I correct time?

Hi @Grgryj  you posted on the community forums where it's public. Please return and remove your email address, as customer support will not contact you. Try syncing a few times to see if the time corrects itself and let us know what happens.

hi, my daughter had the same problem with her charge 2.  From the research we did, turn off your automatic time zone.  Then try to reinstall the app on a different device.  It took a while but we eventually got the time right!

That just worked for me, I unistalled the app then turned off bluetooth, then hit the reset on my phone and the date and time were correct/ 

I reinstalled Fitbit app and relogged on to Fitbit app I was then asked to allow bluetooth it finally synce with my Fitbit Alta.

 

I still have the issue that the Alta does not display anything on the screen unless I plug it into the charger
