Screen continuosly displays www.fitbit.com/setup. I have have recently travelled to Europe and had problems with Fitbit being fully charged and not displaying anything on screen. Returned home and now this is on display, but app shows that Fitbit is already set up. Help required.

Please try the following steps:
If you can't get started with your Alta HR, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Having the same issue this morning. 1 question before I follow those steps... will I lose all the data currently recorded/synced on my Fitbit app? I'm mainly concerned about my sleep data. Thanks!
