Hi, my Fitbit Alta HR suddenly stopped working when I tried checking my steps this evening. The display is not showing anything. It is not even starting when I put it on charging.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding the display of your Alta HR that suddenly stopped working. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

I have the same problem. Started yesterday after I charged it. Have you gotten your problem resolved?

No, not yet. Fitbit people are giving me some silly solutions, which I already tried by myself.

 

Now, I feel it's really not worth to spend so much amount for this piece of **ahem**, where we are not getting basic customer service.

 

It would be better for me to buy some cheap fitness tracker as it would not pinch me even if it stops working.

I hear ya. I did a tech support text and the woman told me to do all these
things, which nothing helped then told me I was out of my warranty period
and they would give me 25% off another one. Funny how all three Fitbit’s
that I’ve had all stopped working not long after the year was up.
