When I sync I get the spinner for an extended period of time, then it seems to complete but the sync has not updated the stats, have not been able to sync since Wednesday 29th. Anyone else having issues?
I have had to manually sync for the past week, and it is no longer tracking sleep cycles despite continuous good heart rate reading and standard sleep data.
Mine started Thursday after charging it. It had already been sporadic tracking my heartrate prior to that. Followed all steps to reset, restart phone, turn bluetooth on and off, and even deleting and adding my device as new. Once I did that today, it did sync my steps since Thursday, but nothing else, and will not sync at all now, not even steps, even with force syncing.
