After the update on Tuesday my watch has become useless. On Tuesday night, despite the battery being at half, it died without warning then would not take a charge. When it did charge 3 hours later the green lights on the back were flashing constantly & it was cycling through all the different screens by itself until the battery died overnight.
I reset it yesterday morning & managed to get it to charge fully but the battery drained within 4 hours. I charged it again last night, put it on to record my sleep & it died again after 4 hours.
I've charged it again this morning but it is now not recording my steps.
I also changed the heart rate from auto to off then synced it & changed it back & synced it again but this has not helped. I have had it since Christmas 2017 & feel this is all down to the last update - please advise what other steps I can take

Hi @Rachc77 It doesnt sound good I am afraid. If you are in Europe it may still be under waranty but else where in the world it is probably not. The only option is to contact Support (link in my signature) and see what they say.
