I have iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve tried the suggestions, many times. I just tried again and still nothing. I’ve even tried “removing this Fitbit” from my app to reset it and still nothing. The only thing I haven’t been able to try is reset my fit bit with the charger. The charger that came with my Fitbit Alta hr doesn’t have the button on it. Is there anything else I can do to receive my messages again, I really liked that feature

I am having the same problem can get phone notifications but not text... i also have tried every suggestion several times.   I have an IPhone 7 with the most current ISO ... this is getting very disheartening and i am ready to give up on fitbit.

Hi @Nsf410  The problem with updated iOS devices is APPLES problem -not Fitbits. They are trying to restrict other apps accessing information. If Fitbit cant access notifications they cant send them to your Tracker. Lobby Apple!
