I've had my Alta 1.5 years, initially the charge would last a few hours, and then it stopped charging. I've tried all of the troubleshooting, plug into computer, and restart/reset. I now have a blank screen, does that mean the watch is dead. Please advise I do not want to purchase a new watch, the y are quite pricey.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Completely nonresponsive. Couple of months ago i had talk with customer service and they send the letter that they will replace. But nothing happened after that
