Alta HR won't sync

I have a Mac  which is called Catalina I am trying to sync my new Alta HR and it keeps telling me it cant connect to Bluetooth any help at all pls

Can you please be more specific? Do you want to exchange just the band of the tracker? In the meantime, you can check our warranty policy.

I resolved this issue by getting rid of the Fitbit dongle but I still want to know if I can exchange the wrist band Thank you
