Alta HR won't sync

Hi,

I know this issue has been posted before elsewhere but none of those fixes have worked for me. I am trying to sync my Alta HR to my phone and I keep getting the Device not Found error. I've been attempting to sync this for 2 days now. It last synced yesterday at 17:33 via my phone.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The Bluetooth connection registers the Alta HR every time I reset my Bluetooth.

My Alta HR version is 26.63.2.

From the advice given to other people I have:

1. The latest version of Fitbit - I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

2. Phone is on wifi and I have used the internet on it.

3. Fitbit app can run in the background.

4. Bluetooth has been turned on and it can find my Alta HR.

5. My phone software is up to date, I'm on Android version 6.0.1.

6. Location services are on and my fitbit can access my location.

7. I only have my phone to sync.

8. My fitbit is my only Bluetooth connection.

9. My phone is not experiencing a syncing issue as stated in a help article.

10. Fully charged my fitbit yesterday, that's when I started to try to sync it.

11. My fitbit device has firmware: 26.63.2.

I've also completely turned off my phone and restarted it multiple times.

Please help me with this, I've always experienced some issues with syncing and I would like to fix it once and for all. It is always a hassle to sync but I've not had this error before. The hassle with syncing is really starting to put me off fitbit devices.

Thank you for your time and help with this, I really appreciate it.

Welcome to the Community, @Telwin.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue and would like to know if you keep experiencing this problem? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the steps provided there.

Let me know the outcome.
